En-suite bathroom to bedroom 1.  Bathroom with bath and shower.  Down stairs wet room with shower.

Cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher.

Smart TV,  log burner, Wi-Fi

Small dinning room seating 6 

Large Conservatory, rebuilt in January 2024 perfect for large group dining.

Dog room with Dog bed for any 4 legged friends to sleep in.

Walled Garden with BBQ and seating.

Viewing area above the garage looking out over the Cove, perfect for watching the world go by.

The Snug, (next to the lounge) with double sofa bed, cupboard, tv. Can be curtained off.

Cleaning 
The Cottage is cleaned by ‘Jackie’ our house keeper at 11am until 5pm. She will make up your beds for your arrival.  .

Private parking for 2 cars, one speace in front of the garage door and the other is by the side door. We have a walled garden and a viewing area above the garage where you can watch the world go by.
